Trans Support Group

  • Lake Jackson Public Library Circle Way Lake Jackson United States (map)

We are excited to announce the launch of a Trans Support Group at the Lake Jackson Public Library, providing a safe and welcoming space for individuals within the transgender community to connect, share experiences, and find support. We invite you to join us this Thursday for this monthly meeting as we embark on this journey together.

Our Trans Support Group aims to foster a sense of community, understanding, and acceptance. Whether you are navigating your own journey or supporting a loved one, this group is open to everyone who identifies as transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, or questioning, as well as allies.

Agenda:

  • Welcome and Introductions

  • Icebreaker Activities

  • Open Sharing Circle: Personal Journeys

  • Group Discussions and Q&A

  • Resources and Community Outreach Information

Our dedicated facilitators, Jack and Alex, are passionate about creating a supportive environment and are well-versed in the unique challenges faced by the transgender community. This is a confidential space where participants can freely express themselves and find strength in shared experiences.

Your presence at the inaugural meeting of the Trans Support Group is invaluable, and we hope you will join us in building a strong, connected community at Lake Jackson Public Library.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

We look forward to seeing you this Thursday for an evening of connection, understanding, and support.
