Brazoria County Pride partnered with David Gordon Gilbert, CEO of Gigi Productions, to present the world premiere of "Bud Nolan" at the Seidule Theater in Lake Jackson, Texas. "Bud Nolan" is a captivating tale about a wannabe novelist who unearths the startling secrets surrounding the life and mysterious death of a legendary B-movie actor. This collaboration marked a significant cultural event for the local community, blending creative talents from both Brazoria County Pride and Gigi Productions to bring this unique story to life on stage.

Members of Brazoria County Pride played an integral role in the production, contributing their skills to various aspects of the play. They were involved in building the set, directing scenes, managing technical operations, and performing stage magic behind the scenes. The play had a successful run with four performances over three days, from February 23rd to 25th, showcasing the dedication and talent of all those involved. This partnership not only highlighted the artistic capabilities within the community but also reinforced a spirit of collaboration and support, enriching the cultural landscape of Lake Jackson.
